Recently I did a Facebook Live video training on how to integrate Acuity Scheduling and Trello using Zapier. I outline the process below in 5 easy steps, but be sure to check out the full video tutorial over on our Facebook page.
Connect your Acuity and Trello accounts in Zapier.
Click the orange “MAKE A ZAP!” button at the top of your screen.
Start your zap by selecting your appointment type from Acuity. Click “Continue” and “Fetch & Continue” to test the step. Click “Continue” to continue the zap.
Search Trello for the next step and select “Create Card”. Click “Save & Continue” twice and then set up all your preferences on what you’d like to see on your Trello card and where you want it to go. When done, select “Continue” at the bottom of the page. Make sure the preview looks okay and click “Create & Continue” to send a test card to your Trello account.
Click the orange “Finish” button, name your new zap, and turn it on.
